Activity To manufacture 100% eco-friendly paper Edge protectors
Type Of Products Edge boards, Corner protectors, ‘U’ Profiles, Frames, Wrap around Edge boards etc by using relevant attachments & equipment.
Sizes Made (Angle Boards) 25 X 25, 40 X 40, 50 X 50, 75 X 75, 100 X 100 upto 6 mm wall thickness in any standard lengths
Output Upto 30 meters per minute depending upon the sizes
Plant & Machinery SODALTECH AUTOMATIC EDGE PROTECTOR MAKING PLANT consists of mainly :
  • Reel stand & glue tank
  • Forming machine
  • On-line cutting machine
  • Recutting machine
Land & Building (Approx). Around 450 sq.mtrs
Power Required (Approx). 26 KW
Labour Required 4 persons + helpers per shift
Raw Material Requirement
  • Recycled kraft board or core board reels
  • Starch based & synthetic based glue
Technical Know- How, In-Plant, Training And Marketing Guidance As we have our own Edge Protector manufacturing division, we can provide upto date technology, technical know-how, in-plant training etc at reasonable extra cost.
